🍲 **Andy’ s Chicken Veggie Soup Recipe with Seared Chicken Thighs🍲 **Andy’s Chicken Veggie Soup Recipe with Seared Chicken Thighs** 🍲

Start by searing boneless chicken thighs in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides. Remove and chop them into bite-sized pieces. In a pot, melt a little butter over medium heat and sauté 4 to 5 of your favorite veggies from Andy’s produce (carrots, celery, onions, kale etc.) until tender. Add the seared chicken pieces to the pot along with 2 quarts of OLLA bone broth. Let everything simmer together for 15-20 minutes until the flavors meld together beautifully. Serve hot and relish in the comforting goodness of homemade chicken veggie soup!

Outside of the Golden State, California might be best known for movie stars and surfing. Our farmers, however, have a different claim to fame. California is responsible for a third of all vegetables and two-thirds of all fruits and nuts grown in the US. With over 400 specialty crops to choose from, there’s always something delicious in season!

this looks and sounds delicious!

IOlla (pronounced oh-yeah) translates to ‘stockpot’ in Spanish. Olla's bone broth is prepared using the classic techniques their founder, Dana, learned as a chef in Spain. The bones they use come from organic and locally sourced farms here in Sonoma County. You’ll notice their bone broth is thicker and more gelatinous than others you’ve tried. Olla is proud to provide you with the best quality bone broth available.

We love working with local Sonoma County Businesses. It's what our Grandfather did when he started Andy's Produce Market 60 years ago. Andy’s Produce is excited to offer you 10% off throughout this Spring on @ollaproducts

Congrats! Andy & Katy would be so proud how the kids have carried on with the business❤️

We've been shopping at Andy's regularly since we moved to West County in 1983 (and would drop in from time to time for years before that). They never disappoint and quite often they astonish with the variety and quality of, well, of everything.

Yay!! I love Andy’s!!
